Spino Arcade Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 7 October 2026

Data on your device

Spino Arcade does not send personal information or gameplay data to the developer. It has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking or purchases. Your personal best score, difficulty and language preference are stored locally on your device. Notes, timing and streaks are processed locally during play.

Storage and deletion

Settings and the personal best remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Android device backup may retain or restore app data according to your device and Google account settings; this is managed by Android, not by Spino Arcade.

Sounds and external links

Instrument samples are bundled with the app and do not require downloading while playing. Opening a credits or license link takes you to an external website. Its own privacy policy applies, and the website may receive standard connection information from your browser.

MIDI connection

Bluetooth discovery is used only to find and connect nearby MIDI keyboards. Android may request Nearby devices permission, or location permission on older Android versions for Bluetooth scanning. Spino Arcade does not track or transmit your location or MIDI device details.

Children

The same local-only gameplay applies to all players, including children. The game does not ask for names, contact details, location, photos, microphone input or other personal information.

Changes and contact

Changes will be reflected in this policy and its effective date. For privacy enquiries, contact support@spinoapp.com.
